20 x 40 Two-Storey Island Exhibit
Objective
To elevate the Babcock Canada presence at CANSEC, Canada's global defence & security trade show. stevensE3 was requested to design a new rental exhibit to reflect the tier one position of Babcock Canada in the world's defence and security sector. As a past exhibitor at CANSEC, Babcock had always had an attractive booth space. What was needed, was a step up to reflect the premium position the company holds on the global stage. The display needed to have an upper deck with private office space, including AV presentation equipment and facilities for serving refreshments. The lower booth space was to include a warm and welcoming greeting area, an open presentation area as well as ample storage for collateral materials and supplies.
Solution
stevense3 designed and produced an exciting custom rental island exhibit for Babcock Canada. With new BABCOCK branding across the entire upper level walls, the company's presence was predominately displayed above the crowd at CANSEC. Two side staircases led clients to the upper level private meeting areas to allow for easy traffic flow. On the lower level there was ample room to meet and greet all attendees to the booth space. A large reception desk and hi-top tables and chairs provided ample space and time for networking with clients, along with a huge video presentation on the upper level. A second presentation area on the lower level offered an open seating area with modern, casual chairs. A large storage room gave the Babcock staff central access to extra literature and supplies, as well as a convenient place to store personal items. Small orange trees added a hint of colour and freshness to the booth space. The result... Babcock was the talk of the show!
